Terms and Conditions for Money-Back Guarantee

Clients who meet the following conditions and have not experienced lasting improvement in their ability to control porn-related urges may request a full refund. This guarantee applies exclusively to clients enrolled in the Quit Porn program. The following conditions must be met for eligibility:

Eligibility Requirements

1. The guarantee is valid for up to 9 months from the client’s first session.

2. The client must have completed all paid sessions associated with the program.

3. The client must have consistently applied the skills and strategies discussed in-session for maintaining progress.

Exclusions

Clients are not eligible for the guarantee if any of the following apply:

1. They have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness or a critical medical condition.

2. They are actively abusing drugs or alcohol or are on heavy prescription medication during the course of this program.

3. They used sessions to address issues other than pornography.

4. The name on the payment method does not match the name of the client receiving services.

5. They have a neurodevelopmental condition that may significantly influence how therapeutic strategies are received or implemented.

6. They failed to attend scheduled sessions or had excessive cancellations or no-shows.

7. They are actively participating in another therapeutic program or working with a different mental health provider during the course of this program

8. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the practitioner, based on adherence to the above terms.
